Yes. All plans require a one-off £99 initial service and inspection to ensure your air source heat pump is safe, compliant and eligible for cover.

Labour and parts are fully included with Heat Pump Premium. Essentials and Comfort customers receive exclusive discounts on repairs instead.

Yes. All plans include required F-Gas inspections and certification, helping you stay legally compliant and protecting your system’s refrigerant components.
